When you’re recovering from loss, you need someone who can understand.

You are not alone. Loss is a part of my story too.

Your heart is safe here.

It hurts to know that you need to recover your body now without the infant you thought would be in your arms. Take comfort in knowing that I have done every workout in this program myself, often with tears streaming down my face and the intention of healing my body, knowing one day I would be supporting fellow loss mommas in their recovery journey. Each word written came right along with the workouts as I was doing them myself. Some words are my personal feelings and some are words of encouragement, support, and complete understanding.

After the loss of my daughter, I knew that I needed to help other women recover after tragic and traumatic pregnancy and infant loss so they can heal both mentally and physically in an environment that is safe and secure with someone who understands.

As a certified pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach and a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and Psychology major, and a mother who will forever be navigating life after loss, I am able to apply my expertise, knowledge, and training to help you recover in a trigger-free environment.

When my daughter, Rainey was stillborn April 5th, 2021, I realized firsthand how unfair it is to still have to recover a postpartum body without a baby. I was so thankful that I had the knowledge to safely heal my body on my own.

I realized quickly from the outpouring of messages on social media and around me in my community that there are so many women who have suffered the death of a baby and who are also struggling to recover their new body. Finding a postpartum program that is not full of triggers is next to impossible.

I knew immediately that I needed to create a completely trigger-free program for mothers walking through heavy grief while still needing to heal their bodies.

When Rainey died, I realized I could not continue working with my pregnant and postpartum clients and I was devastated.

I know that finding a coach is really in the midst of loss so I wanted to be a resource for women like me, so I shifted my focus to create a program that is written specifically for grieving mothers so they can heal their hearts and their bodies at their own pace in the comfort of their own home.

Recovery After Loss Program
