I opened my business, Loved Momma Fitness after the birth of my first daughter when it became clear that the recommendations and training options for athletes through pregnancy and postpartum were severely lacking.

I began training women through all seasons of motherhood.

In April 2021, I gave birth to my second daughter. Tragically, my baby girl was stillborn and with that, the landscape of my entire business changed completely.

Now my focus has been on emotional support and creating trigger-free recovery programs for mothers who have experienced traumatic or tragic pregnancy or infant loss.

I create a safe and completely trigger-free environment to learn how to heal your body after pregnancy or infant loss.

My Recovery After Loss Program is for mothers who have suffered tragic pregnancy or infant loss. This program will gently guide you along the physical and emotional journey of recovery while navigating life after loss.

My journey has inspired me to ensure you can feel safe in your training and recovery environment. When Rainey was stillborn on April 5th, 2021 I realized firsthand how unfair it is to still have to recover a postpartum body without a baby. I was so thankful that I have the knowledge to safely heal my body on my own and I created this program so you can heal too.
